Baking Time Is Blogging Time.

(Favorite People Part Three)

The Important People In My Life

4.  My Sister
My Sister and I.

What can I say about my sister? She was and is my role model. I looked up to her when I was younger, and if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't be the person I am today. She is the one who got me interested in marching band, knitting, crocheting, reading, and some of the music I listen to. Every though we don't see eye to eye about somethings and don't talk as much as I would like, I know that I can talk to her about anything that was/is bothering me.

5. My Grandpa King
Me and my Grandpa.

Growing up, my family didn't have much money. Sometimes we didn't have enough for food, that's when my grandpa comes in. Whenever we were having problems, he seemed to know how to fix it. I always loved to visit him and to listen to his stories and jokes. My mom also called him the "Candyman" because he always had candy to give to me, my sister, and cousins. And the Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies will always be "Paw Paw Cookies". <3
R.I.P Paw Paw, I love and miss you so much.

6. My Uncle Bob

I love my uncle to death, if it wasn't for him, my sister and I wouldn't have started playing The Sims. He knows how to make me laugh and I love hanging out with him. Jordan and I love to go Geocaching with him (which I missed). I happy that he found someone that loves him as much, if not more, then my whole family does.

Celebrities I Look Up To

4. Tim Burton

What can I say? I love his movies. My absolute favorite is The Nightmare Before Christmas. There is just something about his stories that I love. Yes, they are a little dark, but that's one reason why I love them. I guess, they're just my style. :)

5. Johnny Depp
Picture from: www.imdb.com

It wasn't until I got until high school when Johnny became my favorite actor. He does an amazing job in every role he's in. It's hard to pick just one movie he was is that is my favorite. (He's in a lot of Tim Burton's movies.)But I love the Pirates movies.

6. Helena Bonham Carter
Picture From: www.wearemoviegeeks.com
Of course she's going to be my favorite actress, being in as many of Tim Burton's movies as she is.She also isn't afraid of being herself. And she always looks lovely no matter what, she doesn't care what she looks like or what people think. That's the part about her that I really love and wish I was more like.

Is It Fall Yet?

My Favorite People (Part Two)

My Favorite People in Real Life

2. My Mother

My lovely Mother.

I love my mom to death. I always came to her to talk about anything and everything and she would listen to me ramble on and on. Whenever I was upset about something when I was growing up she knew how to clam me down. I would do anything to make her happy and to pay her back for the things she gave me. I miss her so much and wish she lived closer or that I can go visit her and the rest of my family soon.

3. My Father

Me and my father.

Even though when I was a young teenager, my father and I would fight a lot, we get along now. I know that I can count on him when I need help with anything. I hope I made him proud to be a father.

Celebrities I Look Up To

2. J.K. Rowling

Picture From: firewireblog.com

Yes, I am a total Potter fan. But I also love her most recent books.(I can't wait to read The Silkworm)But the reason I look up to her is because she fought hard to be the best writer she could be and to get her books out there. She puts so much information in her books that it's like a totally different world. She also stands up for what she believes in and supports worthy charities. I would love to meet her one day and just talk about how she wrote the Harry Potter series.

3. Danny Elfman

Picture From: jewishjournal.com

Ever since I started marching band in 7th grade, I started paying attention to who wrote the score to my favorite movies. Danny Elfman happens to write the score for a good handful of them. (The Nightmare Before Christmas and The Corpse Bride)There is something about his music that I absolutely love and always hum along when I'm listening to them or watching the movies.

To Blog or Not to Blog That is the Question...

Hello world! I'm back again, and hopefully for more posts in the future. I've been trying to think of what to blog about for a few weeks now, because I started to miss it a little. But I didn't know what I wanted to write about. I could blog about our Disney World trip we had at the beginning of May (which I might....eventually), but then I had an idea. I should blog about people who inspire me, who I love, who I look up to, and who I wish I knew in person. For the next few posts I'll write about these people, telling you why these people are important to me. In each post I'll start with a person who is in my life now and then end with a person that I wish I knew in real life, not just through the internet or what I hear through the media.

The Important People in My Life

1. The Most Important Person Ever!
My husband, Jordan. <3
This man is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I'm thankful everyday that I get to wake up everyday next to him. If it wasn't for a music website(www.jango.com)we wouldn't have started talking. I know what you're probably thinking "They met online?! I'm surprised that they're still together!" Yeah, we get that a lot. But we don't care what people think about how we met, all we care about is that we found each other there. Now we have known each other for 5 years, been together for 4 years, and married for 1 1/2 years, and still going strong. He is my rock and protector. He is the best friend I have ever had and will ever have. He's the only person I know that will put up with all my crap and still love me for it...well, other then my parents and family. Even though we are young I know that we will be together forever. He's the only person I can tell everything to and not be afraid of being judged. I can't wait to see what the future has for us. :) <3

Celebrities I look up To

1. Demi Lovato
Picture from: music.disney.com
I've always liked Demi, ever since I had seen her on Disney, but lately I've been listening to her music non-stop. I love that her songs have such a strong message to them and when she performs them she puts her heart into it. I would love to go to one of her concerts. And when I found out she is on the the cover of the newest Seventeen magazine, I knew I had to read it. Even though she only a few years older then I am I look up to her because she's someone who is completely honest about what she went through and what she believes in. She is also super confident about the way she looks, I wish I could say the same but I'm slowly but surely getting better about it. She's someone I wish I was friends with and I wish there where more people like her.

Who are some of your favorite people?
Have a great day!
